Description
The Disc Arm Grinder – a semi-automatic deburring table with tooling options to suit every application…
The ultimate semi-automatic machine for deburring, grinding, edge-rounding and polishing metal parts. The Disc Arm Grinder 2.0 is the second generation of this machine type from VG. At FINAIDS, we love this machine – it’s a remarkably priced solution for small workshops that want to amplify safe grinding values. The tool change is straightforward, the rotating tool holder makes it easy to swap between processes and the extraction system offers enough grip on small components for you to feel secure while grinding on this swing arm grinder.
Tooling options include brushes for deburring, cleaning, radiusing edges, slag removal, oxide removal and surface finishing using hook & loop discs on an orbital sanding backing pad. Ideal for small workshops looking to semi-automate processes and lift the burden on staff for repetitive manual operations. The extraction is located in the body of the swing arm grinder to keep the footprint small.
Disc Arm Grinder / Swing Arm Grinder – a truly portable solution
The machine is on castors which allows you to be ultra-flexible with how you use it in your workshop – if you’re lucky enough to have multiple power outlets then this machine could fit your needs perfectly.
If you’re looking to remove the risk of hand-arm vibration in your workshop please call your local branch or email sales@finaids.com for further information, technical assistance or quotation. Safety first, as always!
