The ultimate semi-automatic machine for deburring, grinding, edge-rounding and polishing metal parts. The Disc Arm Grinder 2.0 is the second generation of this machine type from VG.
Tooling options include brushes for deburring, cleaning, radiusing edges, slag removal, oxide removal and surface finishing using hook & loop discs on an orbital sanding backing pad. Ideal for small workshops looking to semi-automate processes and lift the burden on staff for repetitive manual operations. The extraction is located in the body of the machine to keep the footprint small.
