Description
The model 6400 SuperFinisher mounts on standard machine shop lathes in five minutes. A precision air regulator ensures a uniform contact force between the workpiece and roller. No tools are needed to change abrasive rolls and the unit comes in left or right hand models for mounting in front or back of lathe.
- Advances new abrasive at a speed between 1 1/16″ and 1 1/2″ per minute
- Oscillation speed 0-15 cycles per second
- 5″ contact wheel diameter with true 2″ workpiece shoulder clearance
- Controls mount on front, back or side, or remotely with extended conduit
